vim integration

Whenever I am taking notes I notice that whenever I read back on my notes it's sometimes hard to figure out what I misstroked while using plover in vim.
It will be nice if there was some functionality and some kind of interaction between plover and vim so that I can do the following:

• hover over a word / phrase, press a chord and then see a floating window below the word / phrase containing the stroked outline
• hover over a word / phrase, press a chord and see the tape with the corresponding outline highlighted in a split vim window
