Nodes, modified with undo / redo should have focus & map should be facing modified node

Use case:

1. Add some changes to the map
2. Close ID / browser
3. Open it after a few days restoring old changes
4. Click undo / redo button and wonder where (and which) the changes are made :(

When you click the Save button, you are presented with a list of changes, so you can see what was modified/created/deleted.

I think this is acceptable solution. Not very intuitive, but at least something.
