OK, but say the user wants to make another High-Voltage Tower
In the Search box, try as he might, he just can't get High-Voltage Tower.
He can get Tower, but not High-Voltage Tower.

I think this is because you are trying to add it as a separate point, instead of a vertex.

It has to be added to a node on a way (power line), not as a separate feature.
