Add functions "Enable all" & "Disable All" for "Photo Overlays" and "Map Features" #6350

I like the new structure of the "Photo Overlays" :-)

Maybe the "Enable All" / "Disable All" functions which are similar used for the validator-items (#5986 see here [1]) would also suit for the "Photo Overlays".

If this would make sense, maybe the same function could also be used at the same window menu, but further down for section "Map Features"

For photo overlays, it wouldn't be very useful (but would still take up space). I would love it for map data though

It's OK for me, if you only implement this for the "Map Features" area.

Ditto.

As said, i agree it would be take too much valuable space.

There is just another idea, but do know if, it would match to a general consitent program behavior.
What about just adding a keyboard shortcut to switch off & on the 5 checkboxes of the "Photo Overlay" section?
