[Update feature] Move multiple items to a palette

Currently, the functionality to move items to a palette is limited to moving one item at a time. The suggestion is to allow multiple items selected on the map to be moved at once, just as is done with a single item. This would optimize the process of organizing tilesets, as the current interface requires each item to be moved individually.
