or alternatively we should add a GRPC Format type.

We found a use case where GRPC requires lower-cased headers with the HTTP Propagator: instana/python-sensor#76

I'm still undecided on how to best handle this (see my comments in that PR) but I wanted to get some input on this use case.

Any opinions/ideas?
