The VBB (Berlin Transit Coorp.) has finally published their data as GTFS. It's under the CC-by-SA 3.0 license and can be found here. Additionally the state of mapped cycleways in osm is excellent in Berlin, and it's unlikely that anything substential is missing.

We're focusing on North America right now, but we definitely hope to include more of the world at some point.
