If the ASD manager has IPMI info available under the key /ovs/alba/asdnodes/<ASD Node ID>/config/ipmi, execute a chassis status through the IPMI extension (openvstorage/framework-extensions#81).

If no IPMI available set the status of the check to SKIPPED

In case the status is

  • powered ON - OK,
  • powered off - WARNING
  • anything else (f.e. because IPMI doesn't work) - ERROR
