While configuring I am getting the above error. Kindly help me resolve the issue.

sudo apt install libtiff-dev and configure again.
in configure I have a warning:

checking for libproj... checking whether HAVE_LIBPROJ is declared... no
configure: WARNING: libproj support is not compiled into geotiff. convert_geotiff will not be able to work with projected files.

A don't know if this warning is important, because I converted my SRTM3 to geogrid format, (GEOGRID.TBL and namelist correctly edited) , but doesn't work, WPS still using GTOPO30 because my converted files has no data.
