When #642 landed, it included click and I made some improvements, using click, to the manual_test.py script.

We can use click other places to make things nicer.

In particular, as I was running ./install.sh today I was thinking it would be nice to have an interactive mode where user gets promped: do you want to install ff, do you want to create a new environment etc. and then we could have a quiet (-q) mode to just answer yes to all these questions.
