Odhcp6c currently lacks maintaining

Describe the bug

odcp6c package (https://github.com/openwrt/odhcp6c) hasn't been maintained (maintainer is @dedeckeh ) for more than 1 year. During this time, the maintainer didn't reply to any PRs and issues. Seems maybe we need to change the maintainer of this project?

For the reason I post this topic here, I've tried asking at IRC/forum, also tried quoting the maintainer directly at odhcp6c repo, but none of them works.
