Feature

react-scripts is dead. We need to use a currently maintained web framework. I know this is potentially a lot of work, but please suggest a path forward @openzipkin/ui even if you don't have time to implement it.

Rationale

Currently, react-scripts shows up in CVEs, due to not being released for 2 years. This affects the credibility of the project, even if the scripts are not used at runtime.
