default router advertised host for edge listener

The router chart fails to install if the edge listener's advertised host isn't defined, and it's a common use case for the router to only advertise inside the cluster, in which case the advertised host must be crafted to match the predicted DNS name of the cluster service before the service is created, which is error-prone.

The default should be the edge listener's cluster service address, .i.e. {{ include "ziti-controller.fullname" . }}-edge.{{ .Release.Namespace }}.svc.{{ .Values.ca.clusterDomain }}.
