too many people expect to be able to terminate TLS in a web proxy and not realize OpenZiti doesn't tolerate TLS termination anywhere other than in the OpenZiti components. add a section: "OpenZiti behind a proxy" or something like that and explain why this is (mtls) and how to resolve it for a few major reverse proxies
