Describe the feature request

We need to include a unit test to test the capabilities of the IONEX reader. The unit test can be taken from https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy/blob/main/tests/objects/ionex.py while the data to run the test can be fetched from (https://github.com/insarlab/MintPy/blob/main/tests/data/jplg3190.15i).

Closing the issue because the unit test was added (and merged in the main branch) with #80
