Betabit + @Shelton ran into similar issues with Relays not connecting. Followed the Installation Guide from docs, but stopped after docker-compose up. Was discussed further in the Cog Public General channel between @christophermaier + biscarch.

This is an expected delay. Wrote a note in the Installation Docs that sets expectations about this relay connection delay.
