Acceptance Criteria

It's done when the server addresses are listed
It's done when there is a view to enter a server address
It's done when the LDAP server status is shown after configuration

Additional Information

As an idea, what if we had a button in the settings panel which when clicked, runs a fabric script to connect to a server IP and configure an LDAP environment with the provided demo LDIF files.
