Bring HA synchronization status back to something more transparent

As mentioned in forum here https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=45596.new#new the HA sync to backup functionality is not as clear as previous 24.X UI for 2 reasons:

• description is not clear: button caption is "Restart all services":

• doesn't give a proper feedback when completed/successful as before:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to System: High Availability: Status
2. Click on Synchronize and reconfigure all

Describe the solution you like

As you are revamping the whole UI, why not have a dedicated sub-section with status and synchronization (this is why I opened this as a "feature request")?

Describe alternatives you considered

Bringing back previous status/functionality like in 24.X UI would be sufficient.
