Maintenance Window

The idea of representing a maintenance window in Infrahub came up multiple times and I would like to start collecting the ideas and requirements for this feature.

The term maintenance window is usually referred to in 2 different situations:

• Internal: Changes can only be deployed during a maintenance window, outside of this window no change is allowed.
• External: Some resources managed by a third party are gonna be unavailable during a specific period.

Below is a first proposal of schema

• ID
• Description
• Status
• Start time
• End time (optional)
• Expected Impact (optional)
• List or group of impacted/associated objects
• Audit trail of updates (similar to Thread/Comment on a proposed change)
• ITSM ticket ?
• Proposed Changes ?

For internal MW, would be it useful to track Artifact as well ?

Proposed Changes and Artifact will be need for internal maintenance. But if we have Proposed changes is there an interest to keep an audit trail "outside" of it ?
