It should allowed to add documents to an existing vector store table. Currently it's dropped by default a table with the same configuration and name.

the test will be to embed the same doco twice into the same vs

Implemented in the oracle-samples/cdb-fix
It remains to add the index creation for a new vectorstore.

Completed. Ready to be re-used in the 1.0 rel.
