reindexing causes multiple copies to appear in index #37

With the latest {OpenGrok from master, I ran re-index of minix several times, without optimisation (-O off), on a brand new source tree.

Now if I search for anything, I get each file repeated in the search results 3 separate times, with all the same lines and stuff found. (3 is probably the total number of times I ran the re-indexing.)
