Unfriendly OSB response error when unsupported profile is returned

Expected behavior

As a osb client

• in order to troubleshoot incorrect osb requests (w.r.t. requirements documented at https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/osb-cmdb#osb-cmdb-osb-client-calls-requirements

The cloudfoundry profile described at https://github.com/openservicebrokerapi/servicebroker/blob/master/profile.md MUST be used with the possible following relaxations

The following fields are mandatory but may have fake, non empty values e.g. "na"
    organization_guid
    organization_name
    space_guid
    space_name
    instance_name

• I need a friendly error when an incorrect context.platform value (other than cloudfoundry as specified in https://github.com/openservicebrokerapi/servicebroker/blob/master/profile.md#cloud-foundry-context-object )

Observed behavior

The osb error response is metaData required

The osb-cmdb error logs available to osb-cmdb operators include
