Expected behavior

• As an osb-cmdb operator
• In order to optimize usage of RAM
• I need a single Osb-cmdb cf app to support multiple Osb clients

Observed behavior

Missing on 0.x but targeted in 1.0:

• stateless deployment (get-last-operation indefinidely returns error if broker is restarted during service provisionning #7)
• zero down time deployments

Missing on 0.x and 1.0:

• per tenant configuration (catalog, login/password)
• per tenant log and diagnostic support (prefix log with tenant name)
• per tenant OSB API traces

an individual Service Broker MAY support one or many Platforms using different URL prefixes and credentials.
