Font Awesome support

This theme for jstree is absolutely great. Many thanks. I do have 1 feature request. Can we replace the icons with Font Awesome versions? In particular:

• The loading icon
• The folder open icon
• The folder closed icon

We originally intended to use font-awesome for the first version to be published but we needed something fast. We will work on the font-awesome implementation and hopefully have something soon.

+1 @vedraan also if you can remove the fonts they are heavy, I did it manually but I think it will be more lightweight and better overall if you drop it :)
