sudo cp 99-obsensor-libusb.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/99-obsensor-libusb.rules

from the install udev rules: section should be

sudo cp 99-obsensor-ros1-libusb.rules /etc/udev/rules.d/99-obsensor-libusb.rules
