ezlinks as link fragility protection?

Hi there!

I'm planning on integrating ezlinks into my company's Backstage/TechDocs instance, with the hope that it'll accomplish two things, of equal importance:

1. Ease contribution by allowing innersource contributors to use [[page title linking]] instead of tracking down the relative paths of individual .md files.
2. Ease change management as we shuffle pages around, with the hope that wikilink-style references will dynamically update on site rebuilds.

I'd like to verify (2) by asking for explicit confirmation:
Do wikilink references automatically update when the pages they're referencing move to another location between rebuilds?

Also (bonus Q), does this mean that changing a page title might create a dead link the same as moving or renaming a Markdown file would without ezlinks? How "fuzzy" is the wikilink page-finding engine?
