preparations for js-ipfs 0.37

👋 I upgraded ipfs to 0.37.0-rc.0 and the tests passed, apart from one go-ipfs test (detailed below)!

(I also upgraded go-ipfs-dep to 0.4.21 and datastore-level to 0.11.0)

  1) ipfs-log - Replication (go-ipfs)
       replicates logs deterministically
         replicates logs:
     Error: Timeout of 30000ms exceeded. For async tests and hooks, ensure "done()" is called; if returning a Promise, ensure it resolves. (/Users/alan/Code/orbitdb/ipfs-log/test/replicate.spec.js)
      at listOnTimeout (internal/timers.js:531:17)
      at processTimers (internal/timers.js:475:7)
