[BUG] Cant see gpu

I'm running 3.0.0 on KDE 6.1 on archlinux and have a 7900xtx GPU but I cannot add a GPU graph. Nothing for GPU even shows up. Do I need some extra package?

I've just reinstalled my OS, it was working on archlinux with KDE 6.0 and 3.0.0-rc1 just a few days ago.

Just want to say I have the same issue and am running a NVIDIA 3070. Was also working fine with previous RC.

@den7007 are you on KDE 6.1? I'm thinking that might be the issue since I even tried all previous release candidates and the KDE version is pretty much the only difference from the previous installation on the same machine.

I've also tried different kernels because I thought amdgpu might be the issue. Monitoring via amdgpu_top works.

  • (recommended) running in isolated environment with that command : plasmawindowed -a org.kde.plasma.resources-monitor

  And have you try with different RC to check which one break it ?

Same AMD Gpu Nixos, but for me it never appeared since first install
