Editing Miser Project: Interpretation, Representation, Computation, and Manifestation

The 2019-02-11 First Public Draft of https://orcmid.wordpress.com/2019/02/11/miser-project-interpretation-representation-computation-and-manifestation/ needs some cleanups. This issue accumulates required edits.

• There are two section 4s. Renumber after the first section 4

• There needs to be more space between the Section 1 list on Interpretation and the list on Representation.

• Make the images link to the ones used

• Catalog the images in the models section, perhaps moving to an [H]IPO section.

• In the models section of the repo, distinguish Bratman (and the successor paper), the Hopper diagram with control, and the HIPO and Dataflow Diagram methodologies.

• In the section on Manifestation, add "try not to think of 'W' " in the discussion of the maximum magnification. (Other candidates are Y and X.)

• More diagrams are needed, especially for Representation. Also, the representation of functions is different because we don't have distinguished individuals in the _S_f.

• Add Notes and References and maybe items from Notebook Move lindies to obtheory from obaptheory #75.88 page.

• Link to the obaptheory.txt file in the mention around what the stored-program principle is.

• Apply simplifications of wording contributed in William Anderson's mind map at https://github.com/band/csTheoryAndPraxis

• Find clarification to the characterization of computation as conceptually "orchestrated performance of representations" in Anderson's mind map that nags at me.

Issue expanded to include reconciliation with @band Mind Map and the smoothing of some of the language.
