help with the fabric error

Description

when I want to log in to minecraft, the error is not shown that I have the wrong version of the mod installed, but the mod I have installed is a different version, unlike the one indicated in the fabric error.

This is an issue you need to report to Hex Casting, they still seem to be bugfixing the 1.19 versions of their mods.

Mods can contain other mods. In this case, one of your other mods contains Cloth Config 8.3.134. When multiple mods contain the same mod, or the mod is also installed directly, Fabric Loader uses the latest version available.

For some reason Hex Casting wants Cloth Config 8.2.x, but it should accept any Cloth Config version >= 8.2 and < 9.
I'm unsure why Hex Casting has done this, Cloth Config 8.3 didn't make any breaking changes, and I can't find record of any issues they were having with 8.3.

even as a mod dev, this issue is being caused by outdated support of Cloth Config from another mod. the fix for that is to report it to the other mod dev so that they can resolve it. If this is the hex casting dev (its not) then they have been provided a fix and the reasoning for it.
