Related to Homebrew/homebrew-core#177425 The current output assumes false positives can occur and that users have to make sure before running any destructive commands. The "may" and "if desired" are important here as blindly running commands can break formulae installations. |

Description of issue
I had openssl@1.1 and openssl@3.0 installed, and went to remove the former. This completed successfully, but issued a warning with suspicious and seemingly incorrect instructions (see below). The rm rf instructions reference the wrong version of openssl.
I was in the process of trying to remove openssl@1.1 from my system, and following this github issue which references a known open brew issue, and while I didn't look into it specifically, I wondered if that might be related.
