Setting up a teams hierarchy to align with projects and roles, there may be a tectonic down with a supergroup above Members (maybe Members becomes ActiveMembers?).

There will like be many top-level projects and many repos per-project (and some will be useful across projects, fingers crossed), so we're testing out multi-project management early!

• We're using GitHub Projects, which are not great, but they are something.
• Also using Tags on repos with a leading cfv- since they don't seem support organization namespaces (flickr implemented machine tags when?)
• A naming scheme that will hopefully help to find projects based on front end, back end, database, overview, etc etc.
