Culled the All Members herd

As we crossed over one year since incorporating as a Nevada Nonprofit (on 16 June 2022), it was time to look at our organization membership and set some of the inactive folks free. We did just that.

If you were involved with the original Code for Vegas org back around 2014 or so and you were a vestigial member of this org (we carried everybody over), this will not matter to you, and in fact you probably are not seeing this. No biggie!

If you were removed in error and you do happen to be seeing this, send email to AddMe+GitHub, include your github username of course, and we will get it all sorted.

In the mean time, our second year will be most interesting for those taking part, let us know if you would like to be in on that!
