Error miq_provision_openstack_custom_dialogs_template

Greetings team.
I was trying to provision a new instance in Openstack provider, however APP report the next error: [MiqException::Error]: Dialog cannot be found. Name:[miq_provision_openstack_custom_dialogs_template] Type:[MiqProvisionWorkflow] Method:[block (2 levels) in class:LogProxy]
I had to create a new custom dialog with this name: miq_provision_openstack_custom_dialogs_template. So, my question is, this is the expected behavior? always that I deploy a new manageiq I have to create always a new provisioning template? could you help with other dialgos examples?
