how to save the data form the form view to page (Odoo 14)

i need help with my odoo module.
i have a problem saving data from form view to page.

so, my goal is that when I click on the save button, all the data that I have filled in the form will be displayed on the page.

for example as in the image below.

In the Kanban box there is a button that the user can click to display the form display, after the user has filled in all the data by checking it.
and when the user clicks save, the data will appear on the page.

So if the user fills in 3 forms by clicking the button on the Kanban, there will be 3 rows of data on the page.
