Community Citizenship

At VC, we support a wide variety of members. We want to always create a positive space for our members, and ensure we support everyone. However, expectations and nuances of community can be hard to pick up on. To ensure that members have a good idea of what this means, let's create a list of ways community members can be a positive part of the community.

For example, "You know that other community members' time is a gift to be given. We refrain from demanding help, asking questions without trying to find the answer first, and not showing our gratitude for the support. We can show gratitude by saying thank you, giving a shoutout in the #gratitude channel, or finding another way to ensure the member knows we're grateful for their time and support."
