I found that I could no longer see any NSFW content on the site, even stuff I created. There are a number of threads on the site proper wondering where all the models went.
The problem turned out to be the filter options. They showed that they were set to Everything, but were acting like they were set to Safe. Setting the filter to Safe then back to Everything made it work properly again.
