vscode github codespaces extension setting Use Port Forwarding Service For HTTPS ignored in 1.16.4 - 1.16.7

Hi,
I found the problem occurring after updating the Github Codespaces extension v1.16.4 - 1.16.7, that the port forwarding service is being used, even though the setting for Use Port Forwarding Service for HTTPS is set to false.

i.e, setting "github.codespaces.usePortForwardingServiceForHTTPS": false

When I roll back to extension version to v1.16.3, the setting go back to localhost.

I've double checked the setting is unchecked for User, Remote and Workspace.
