I sent a comment to this issue, explaining that I managed to reproduce the bug on three of the phones I owned, and the fact, that I managed to reproduce this bug, when I connected to a metered Wi-Fi (when said so for a specific Wi-Fi network in Android settings).
Initially I made a long one with exact devices I had and Android OS versions on them, and the GitHub robots marked my comment as "off-topic" without notifying me at all.
So I shortened down to as short as possible (without the phone details), that is still can be understandable. Unfortunately, it STILL thinks, that I went "out of topic".
Are there any specific reasons to it, why it happened? Did it thought, that my account was sketchy?
Or is it just robots can't see the difference between "mobile data and metered Wi-Fi"?
