Pymodbus Error with Lambda Wärmepumpe

Using the integration for the Lambda Wärmepumpe in Home assistant.
I get the following log error:
Pymodbus: EU13L: Error: device: 0 address: 64 -> pymodbus returned isError True
Any idea where the error can be fixed?
In the configuration.yaml is no fault in the Lambda section
