Command_runner only 1 job is successful

Hi all!

After some policy changes at GitPod I'm now exploring some alternatives such as Codespaces. I am organising a Free and open educational program for Bioinformatics at Sanger and so something like this is perfect however I seem to be having an issue with:

I can see the commands executed in the container build process however the files do not exist at all once the container opens. Only the mamba command is actually successful.
I'd rather not insert everything into the postCreateCommand as, correct me if I'm wrong, once I activate the rebuild then it wouldn't be helpful as it is post-build process.

Can anyone see what I've done wrong here?
