The issue has been resolved and i believe the github error reporting has been improved by now (at time of reporting this issue there has been an error on processing the transaction that wasn't reported to us by github) |

Hello,
We recently sent a one-time sponsorship to a user and received confirmation as
<our_org> sponsored <@user> for xxxx one time
on the github page.We didn't receive an email / confirmation and there hasn't been any money tranferred from our bank account so far (it has been 7 days now).
How can I see that the sponsorship actually worked / what the status is? I would like to sponsor the user but avoid sending it twice because it is somehow still being processed.
