Apparently, I did a "Force Push" on my repo. The app I'm using didn't give me a warning or anything, but the result is that all of my commit history and prior versions are gone. Is there anyway to get everything back?

Try Reflog Git keeps a reflog (reference log) that records updates to the tip of branches and other reference changes.
use git reflog to view the history of actions,From there, you might be able to identify the commit hashes of the lost commits and restore them.

Open Terminal or Command Prompt

1. view :

git reflog

2. Identify Lost Commits
   3.Restore Lost Commits:

git branch recovery_branch

4.Review and Verify
5.Push or Backup:
