I'd like to watch a repo and get notified only when a PR or issue is open or closed, not on every single thing
which is definitely a thing that is possible if you select it per pr/issue
But I'd like to extend it to every issue or PR.
Those are the only options I have. For large projects I'd like to only get notified on PR and issue open and then I can choose if it interests me enough to actually subscribe.
