Payout Didn't come in even when my stripe dashboard says that the payment is complete

On my Stripe Dashboard it says that a payout has been issued and that it has been transferred to my local bank account, but, for some reason I didn't get the money at all in my account and my bank confirmed that the money did not come through at all.

Thank you very much. I got a mail from Stripe this morning to update my payout details. Apparently, they reversed the money.
