We are using TeamCity for our builds.
We recently switched our nuget packages from artifactory to GitHub packages. I've created a token and gave it write access.
I can upload the packages to GitHub and had no error so far, but....
When I try to use the packages in my project I get this error
C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\8.0.100\NuGet.targets(156,5): error : Your request could not be authenticated by the GitHub Packages service. Please ensure your access token is valid and has the appropriate scopes configured
It is strange that the error happens kind of randomly when I build the .net projects.
I changed a bit the build configuration and added a step that restores packages for our projects one by one and with this configuration I managed to get a successful build a couple of times (not always).
Is there any throttling limit that can cause this behaviour?
