Trigger an email alert when Dependabot updates are paused?

The automatic deactivation of Dependabot updates applies to repositories where Dependabot has opened pull requests but the pull requests remain untouched for 90 days.

I can see the following alert on the UI when manually navigating to the Security > Dependabot tab. However, managing this for over 100 repositories is challenging. Is it possible to trigger an email notification when this happens?

GitHub doesn't support direct email notifications for the automatic deactivation of Dependabot updates. To manage this across multiple repositories, you can create a GitHub Actions workflow that periodically checks for inactive Dependabot PRs using the GitHub API and sends an email notification if needed.
