hello everyone I took out the copilot subscription today eight via the playstore I received it. subscription invoice via google but I cannot activate my copilot account it tells me all the time

you purchase was successful but the encountered a problem with our service please try again
I tried again several times but they don't want to activate my copilot account??

why is my account blocked even though I have subscribed?
