Question
Body
Within our organisation we have to ensure that certain files/directories of a particular self-hosted repository are not sent to 3rd parties i.e. Github Copilot and Github Copilot Chat. While the Content Exclusion works for Copilot Auto-Completion (https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/managing-copilot/managing-github-copilot-in-your-organization/configuring-content-exclusions-for-github-copilot), it does not seem to work for Github Copilot Chat. The documentation states "With the exception of Visual Studio Code, content exclusion is currently not supported for GitHub Copilot Chat." which I initially interpreted that excluded content will also be excluded from the Chat's context. However the Chat Smart Action are still active and can be used, and the active Window Region is alway sent to the Chat context.
Is there a way to disable the Copilot Chat for certain files/directories of a particular self-hosted repository?
