I'm tired of waiting for someone to star my repo/create a repo just so my feed refreshes. How do I do it? (refresh in browser doesn't work, cookie clearing doesn't work either)

If refreshing the browser and clearing cookies aren't working to refresh your feed, try checking for feed updates manually by navigating away from the feed page and then returning, as this can sometimes trigger an update. Additionally, clearing the browser cache entirely, not just cookies, might help force a refresh. If you're using the desktop site, consider accessing your feed through the GitHub mobile app, which might update the feed more reliably. Sometimes, the feed may take a bit of time to refresh due to backend processing, so waiting for a few minutes might also help. If the issue persists, it could be a bug or something specific to your account, and contacting GitHub Support would be a good next step.

@GabrielAlmeidag it's not his account, I've had the same thing for the past 6 months or so. After everyone complained, it's not been useful.

I took this video just now. I've also tried all the above steps, but we shouldn't have to burn our browser passkeys for an enjoyable user experience that can fit everyone. For instance, I really love how https://daily.dev found a great balance between all their possible users in a way that didn't take functionality away from other users.

Would love to see GitHub move towards a similar direction!
